Sleek, soft, warm, and supple, Elenaâs nakedness pressed along Sandsâs equally naked length as they lay in each otherâs arms atop Elenaâs featherbed. An hour ago, when their embrace had begun, they had nestled beneath sheet and blanket. Now the bed covers lay crumpled at their feet, discarded, as their passion provided all the warmth they needed.
âI like the taste of you, Joshua.â Elenaâs full lips and tongue teased at his chest as she whispered in a low husky voice. âAnd I like the feel of you.â
Sandsâs arms tightened around her delicate body while Elenaâs hands slid like heated velvet over his body. He felt the firm mounds of her opulent breasts flatten against him, stiff, erect nipples trying to dig into his flesh.
âWhen I was young, my father sent me to Mexico City to school so that I might be a lady,â she said, her head lifting and her jet eyes rolling up to Sands. âThe sisters there said that it was a sin to desire a man the way I hunger for you. I must be without shame, because I find no sin in being with you like this.â
Sands eased her upward until his mouth covered those ruby-red lips and his tongue swept into the sweetness of her mouth. He knew the condemning words of preachers and priests who railed against the sins of the flesh. For him, those words had no meaning. What he shared with Elena was right and good, and threats of fire and brimstone could never destroy that rightness.
âMmmm, so soon?â The olive-skinned beauty atop him wiggled, and her hips undulated suggestively as she felt his desire growing once again. âI think the ranch life is good for you, Joshua ⦠and for me.â
âShameless wench! â
She laughed with abandon as he rolled her onto her back and pinned her arms above her head. His mouth ducked down to the creamy mounds that jutted proudly upward, his lips brushing one waiting crest, then the other as he spoke.
âAre you suggesting my manhood is flagging?â
âNot now,â she answered with a little thrust of her pelvis. âBut you have been less than attentive for weeks.â
Sands glanced up at her, his hands releasing her slim wrists. Although he said nothing, his head nodded in agreement. He cradled her head in his hands and gently kissed her lips.
âIt still bothers you, doesnât it?â Her hands explored the muscular expanse of his back. âNot being with the rangers.â
âItâs still there,â Sands acknowledged. âThe ranch and the horses help keep my mind occupied, but itâs still there, eating at me.â
Elenaâs head lifted from the pillow, and she tenderly kissed him. âMi corazon, if there was something I could do, I would.â
âYouâve done more than you know by just keeping me around and putting up with me when I get cantankerous.â He smiled down at her, dwelling on the beauty of her features. âAny other woman would have kicked me out on my backside.â
âI considered kicking this nice backside more than once.â Elenaâs hand crept downward to squeeze his buttocks.
